ABOUT chakras:
Chakra is a Sanskrit word that means "spinning wheel of lights". Chakras are major energy centers in our body that spin at their own velocities.
Chakras affect our entire being- the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual parts of ourselves.
Chakras do not become balanced because we apply crystal and reiki energy to them. They become balanced when we apply crystals and Reiki to the underlying issue, or the root of the problem causing them to shift out of balance, and when we make consistent choices to support their balance.
The heart chakra is situated in the center of the chest, just slightly above the heart. The heart chakra enables us to experience, share, and receive love (including higher or divine love), compassion, and forgiveness.
